Obvious copyright violation. Nominated for regular deletion only because the uploader blanked the {{Copyvio}} tag. This is obviously not the uploader's own work, and he's obviously not the copyright holder. It was published on http://www.rpp.com.pe/2011-03-18-telegraph-avenue-reaparece-oficialmente-el-1-de-abril-noticia_346849.html more than a year before it was uploaded here, even though the uploader claims to have taken it just the day before. —LX (talk, contribs) 23:33, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

- Sorry, but that sentence makes no sense. I have great difficulty believing you created this photo, because the photo obviously existed before the date when you claim you created the photo. I also have great difficulty believing you created the photo because of the large number of strange and demonstrably false authorship claims you've made in relation to your other uploads. —LX (talk, contribs) 23:40, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
