Since there is apparently no clear, definite statement whether or not German phonecards enjoy "Amtliches Werk" protection (this says they do not qualify while this says they do), I will investigate and launch some inquiries, including on Deutsche Post, Deutsche Telekom and the user who said they are "Amtliche Werke".
