Ukraine doesn't, Russia has. Yalta is Russian territory. not ukrainian. Michael1238 (talk) 12:42, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
- @Michael1238: Russia has no commercial FOP for sculptures (fine arts) however, and the title of the file indicates the sculpture is the main motif of the image. So no use of Russian FoP which is only valid for architecture and land arts. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 00:21, 21 November 2023 (UTC)
