- @Jeff G.: Not Dwiastuty, but the Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The website explicitly says to cite the Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, not the personnel. - @Jeff G.: I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. If you mean where Dwiastuty gets the document, it is from the documents at the Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
