Copyvio. This image was uploaded here on April 26, 2008. However, we can find easily same image on websites dated before 2007. The uploader claimed that this image wes taken on August 30, 2006 by himself/herself. But according to this imageit was taken on August 30, 2004 by Tolga Yüksel. • How do you confirm that Tolga is not lying? In a previous deletion attempt the uploader wrote where he took the picture. No idea whether he said the truth or not but is some easily doctorable image on some random image hosting website even credible evidence? The Commons version is of higher resolution than the servimg.com version, so we can at least know that the servimg.com file is not the original. If one can find the original file by Tolga, then it would be clear who's lying. But right now I don't see a credible base for deletion. --KAMiKAZOW (talk) 12:49, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't say and don't think Tolga is real copyright holder. Because there is no evidence to prove it. The situation of the claim of User:ArmyRecon is not different from Tolga's one. The point is absence of evidence. Takabeg (talk) 13:06, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. 1 This file was uploaded here in 2005. Takabeg (talk) 13:16, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. 2 this is the same T-155 (serial number "0222382"). It was created on October 29, 2004 and posted on January 20, 2006. The date is before the Victory Day of 2006 (August 30, 2006). I think these pictures were taken at the Republic Day Parade of 2004 (October 29, 2004). Takabeg (talk) 14:12, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like your evidence for copyright violation is strong. IMO you can now better use {{copyvio}} and present your evidence for speedy deletion. --KAMiKAZOW (talk) 03:29, 9 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
