Nothing indicates this was "based" on another source and then created by VOA. So it is not PD US gvt. FunkMonk (talk) 17:05, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - looks like a graphic produced by VoA; I interpret the source note on the original as referring to the casualty numbers. Compare this map in the same style. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 11:32, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - agree with the above poster graphic appears to be produced by VoA; It's a flash image with casualty numbers from the listed source. Cannot find the image on casualty source site. Guest2625 (talk) 17:29, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
- Keep Its produced by VoA and therefore public domain. As for source it´s SOHR but image itself was created by VoA. EllsworthSK (talk) 22:55, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
Deleted: The VOA site shows the image with "Source:Syrian Observatory of Human Rights", at the bottom. The legend was cropped off the image before it was uploaded here. Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 03:27, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
