The uploader claims {{Own}} but lists the author as Nicky Thomas whose web page is the source of the image -- https://celticbreizh.com/old-nick-or-the-swansea-devil. There is no free license there. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 20:43, 31 December 2023 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure the user is Nicky Thomas; see their Wikipedia userpage and a previous photo of themselves that they uploaded (and was later deleted). AryKun (talk) 21:34, 31 December 2023 (UTC)
Keep The uploader uploaded this long before that webpage used the image; June 2021 vs May 2022. The uploader is also very likely the author, so no need to delete.
