This file was initially tagged by HombreDHojalata as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: This is not CC BY SA Amitie 10g (talk) 18:15, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

What is the date of the original picture? If is too old, CC licenses cannot be applied in any way, and if the picture is enough old to be in the PD, a PD tag should be applied. If the picture is actually recent, and the photographer licensed the work with CC license, is right, but reproductions of 2D works (like photographies) does not give new copyright. --Amitie 10g (talk) 03:02, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The picture was taken between 1942 and 1970. It exists an age border for CC licenses? Where can i read this? The photographer Manuel Francesc Navarro del Alar (and all external contributors) have to release their work with (CC BY-SA 3.0). IMHO all things are correctly passed.
The Webmaster Eugenio Castillo Pert says following (GOOGLE Translator):

"Have a picture you want to share?
This site is open to the artwork of people wanting to collaborate. Unfortunately I have no choice but to include a number of rules to filter all that information, because otherwise I can find myself continually reviewing material that does not meet minimum standards, which are as follows:The material must be original, and the person submitting the photograph must be its author or rightful owner. This is the most important point, often tend to get photographs taken from other websites, or even scanned books. I usually take seriously the work of review, so I'll check and ask questions if I have any suspicion about the origin of the material or its authorship. The artwork must be brought together, if possible, by an explanatory text in the original information as the name of the ship, where the photograph was taken date ... and any other relevant information on it ( It never hurts all kinds of technical information or curiosities) to help accompany the picture on the website. At least it must include sufficient information to identify the vessel. No pictures with watermarks or the like is accepted.
In addition...
It is very important to add the email address of this site in your email address book, otherwise, and I know my reply may be rejected by the managers of many services SPAM email. The image can be resized or transformed to occupy less space. All material then the page will appear in the corresponding credits, which include the name of the entity (person, association, etc.) who submitted the photograph.I reserve the right to refuse and / or publish material deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, lacking in quality, or let me doubt its authenticity. It may sometimes take some time to upload the material. I will try to not be too long, but sometimes it's impossible ...Especially interested in photos that can be either a boat or plane, from left to right and top to bottom without missing anything. They will not be worth those in the picture might be cut off (boats without bow, for example). The photographs, in breach of these conditions seems to me to show something interesting or have good artistic quality may be included in the Facebook wall of the web.I am not responsible for any use that is made of this material by third parties.
And finally ...
Since January 2005 this site is subject to a Creative Commons license (see FAQ), basically involves knowing the entire contents of this website can be reused by another provided that their work is governed by the same rules as the site ... and if some material on this site have final obtaining an economic benefit, the author of it is entitled to claim the corresponding credit. In the unlikely event that this web material donated by another me is required for any of the above-listed (two cases since 2000) ends, I will contact him through email.
Finally, if you read the above and agree to the rules, send your material to:webmaster@losbarcosdeeugenio.comI thank you in advance that you've taken the trouble to inform you about shipping conditions, and I also thank you, on behalf of the many followers of the web, the material that go to provide.A greeting,Eugenio."
