Commons:Deletion requests/File:Streisand Estate.jpg
The image of the home is tagged with the celebrity Barbra Streisand's name identifying it as her home, and the home's geo-coordinates are embedded. A clear case of violation of privacy and that "the possibility of harm to living subjects must always be considered" under WP:BLP. Celebrities are known to be subject to stalkers. It is irrelevant that this photo is published elsewhere and has been for 20 years, or that it is the photo at the centre of what gave rise to the term "Streisand effect". Wikipedia can and should cover the "Streisand effect" as a term and phenomenon without publishing the photo, since the photo itself violates Wikipedia's own policies. - Keep Firstly, none of the COM:CSD criteria applies here, so I've removed the CSD tag. Secondly, we are Wikimedia Commons, not Wikipedia. We have our own rules, guidelines and policies that are different from Wikipedia. If you have a problem with how Wikipedia uses the picture on their article, go to them, not us. Thirdly, COM:BLP (not WP:BLP, mind you) only applies to photos of identifiable people, not houses of identifiable people. And as far as I know there are no laws that are in place that can strictly prohibit people from taking a look at this photo, or use this photo, hence there is no reason to delete.
