Keep. Please provide an official Eesti Post document saying that Eesti Post, being a state institution, is a copyright holder for all official Estonian postage stamps. Otherwise, Republic of Estonia Copyright Act, § 5.5 is valid. --Michael Romanov (talk) 04:09, 19 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. Eesti Post is a state company, postage stamps are the state of postage payment, as well as banknotes. Sdobnikov A. (talk) 04:47, 19 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. Eesti Post is not a state institution (unlike the Bank of Estonia), but a corporation like any other, just that at the moment state holds 100% of its shares. Besides, stamps aren't offical symbols of state nor insignia. 193.40.10.181 19:32, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
