Kept: I found reliable source of publication. It was made in 1930 during conference of VKP(b) and published in 1935 at latest (David King in his book Lost Komissars mentions that the photo appeared in Soviet magazine Projector", which was closed in 1935). King mentions no author, so we can ssume it was published anonymously. Blacklake (talk) 18:07, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
