File appears to be copyrighted. The Flickr file might be free, but there is a possibility that the image itself is not free. The licencing of the image might be CC-BY-SA 2.0, but the black writing displays ©1992 BIKINI OPEN Inc. Nim Bhharathhan (talk) 13:37, 5 July 2021 (UTC)

- Denniss – This is indeed strange. Users like M 93 posts copyright notices on all their photo uploads on the description tab "© M 93 / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 3.0 (DE)". I thought if the copyright symbol is from an external website like Flickr then it would not be allowed, but because the white Kuga that M 93 uploaded was directly there, it might be fishy. I don't know, so M 93 might be able to clarify if they wish. --Nim Bhharathhan (talk) 04:21, 6 July 2021 (UTC)

Deleted The Flickr image is clearly described as image of a trading card; no indication that the Flickr user is the copyright holder of the card of which this is derivative work, nor that the original card is free licensed. Image not in use in Wikimedia. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 23:55, 21 January 2022 (UTC)
