Violates Kazakhstani FOP: images of copyrighted architectural works, photographic works, or works of fine art (which includes sculptures and statues) that are permanently located in publicly accessible places may be published only if the depicted copyrighted base work is not the main subject of the image and the image is for non-commercial purposes. feydey (talk) 18:42, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Fresca is not under the copyright, it is reproduces freely as a religious piece of art. In this very moment this photo depicts the icon of the St.Nicholas similar with these, should we delete it also?   •  Delete As far as I know, there is no special handling for religious art in any jurisdiction, even the Vatican. This work is subject to the same rules as any other art. However, it looks old to me -- do we know the date it was created? And, yes, all of Category:21st century icons are possible copyvios.      Jim . . . .
