Uses Wikipedia logo which is all rights reserved and thus this image is a copyright violation. -mattbuck (Talk) 01:37, 13 June 2010 (UTC)

•  Keep Category:Wikimedia official logos are all copyrighted as well, but we host those. If the portion using the logo stays, Template:CopyrightByWikimedia needs to be slapped on there.   Wikimedia official logos are fine as they are sanctioned by the WMF (they're official). However, such unofficial uses as this card violate the rights of the WMF by the creation of unsanctioned derivative works. -mattbuck (Talk) 14:24, 13 June 2010 (UTC)

  I agree we should keep the image, but revert back to the very similar revision from 10:40, 17 July 2008 that lacks the WMF logo and delete the revisions that contain the logo. I don't see any reason to stay with a revision with the logo, as that unnecessarily encumbers the image with licensing restrictions. —RP88 16:41, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
