Obvious copyright violation.The image was uploaded by a friend as part of a joke article that targeted Eichinger's music career and my Wikipedia involvement. The uploader has no rights to this image, which was created by a professional photographer on behalf of Eichinger's band. Neither I nor Eichinger were involved in the creation of the article.
