 Neutral Derivative work of the Sibelius Monument (1967), sculpted by Eila Hiltunen (1922–2003) and not in Public domain yet. FOP in Finland for buildings only. However, De minimis may apply to this case; the image is about the park, and the monument is not the main subject.
