Keep This is an image by Damian Shibniov (1881-1930), as indicated by the title and the category. And other images from him in the category or e.g. at https://www.alamy.com/1881-1930-1920-1920s-152-damian-shibniov-1920s-boats-image188247868.html confirm that this is reasonable due to the style. Since Shibniov died in 1930, this is clearly PD in the Ukraine (or Russia during his lifetime). PaterMcFly (talk) 06:41, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
