There are serious personality rights problems with this specific image. I doubt she would consent to her photo being used in a hundred thousand pamphlets or books...because someone on flickr licensed them copyright free. I ask the community to give their views here. - Keep She does not seem worried that a photo is taken. If she ask us to delete it we can look at it again. --MGA73 (talk) 11:57, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

- I do not think this is relevant here. That link is about "will the copyright owner find out?". Copyright owner has licensed the image freely. So that in not relevant here.
- The DR is about the person in the image. It is a public place so she can not expect that noone will see her or take pictures of her. --MGA73 (talk) 19:16, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
- Well, it's about the same whether we ask "will the copyright owner find out" or "will the person depicted find out". But otherwise, you're probably right, I was having the german laws in mind, which would probably deny such a picture, as the woman is clearly in the focus of the image. --PaterMcFly (talk) 20:51, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

- Keep Person is in public, and advertising even. Hard to believe she'd object to being photographed. -Nard the Bard 21:03, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
