There is no Freedom of Panorama in the UAE. While immediate online sources like this are "silent" on the building's origins, timelapse feature of Google Earth reveals the site of the mosque was a barren desert as of February 2005, and March 2009 satellite imagery shows it was under construction, and probably completed by August 2010. This hints it is a modern work of architecture still under architect's copyright and unfree for commercial Creative Commons licensing distribution.
