By the Law of State Symbols of Montenegro , NO CHANGES should be made to the official standard flag, even in those "fun purposes" . As a matter this flag makes no sense, please delete. Ad 1) I calmly wait for Montenegrin authorities to indict me on the basis of the law you mention for creating a symbol of the Serbian language that includes Montenegro (rather than using just the flag of Serbia as a symbol of the Serbian language, as if it was spoken only there).
Ad 2) Flags are “ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain” because they consist “entirely of information that is common property and contain no original authorship” (Template:PD-ineligible).
Ad 3) On a total of 481 pages, people seem to have thought that the flag made sense, especially since there is no separate Montenegrin Wikipedia, so that the Serbian edition serves both Serbs and Montenegrins. --Daniel Bunčić (de wiki · talk · contrib.) 10:56, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
