Photographs by the "Photo Division" may be "considered public domain" (assuming that wording in the template is based on a valid release for photographs), but that probably cannot include nullifying the copyright of the artist of the original artwork or of other third parties by merely making a photographic reproduction of it. According to the copyright notice at the source, the copyright on the painting is owned jointly by a corporate fund and by the artist. -- Asclepias (talk) 16:24, 4 November 2019 (UTC)
