Delete derivative work of a copyright sculpture made in 1997 without permission from the artist Ww2censor (talk) 15:07, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Ww2censor: The sculpture has not a recognized artist, there are lots of images of this statue in commons, i don't know what is the problem with this one --Mirluls (talk) 21:53, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
- Where are the "lots of images of this statue"? If there are some they too should be deleted as derivative works unless they are de minimis. Ww2censor (talk) 22:45, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
- OK thanks. I now see the few image you have linked but because they are of a copyright memorial which is the central subject of the images these are probably in the same position as this one and should also be nominated for deletion. Normally for an article about the actual memorial, where it is not old enough to be in the public domain, on the enwiki like Mirador de la Flor one non-free image is acceptable to identify the memorial/sculpture such as Mega-Gem.
