Tagged {{subst:dw-nsd}} because there is no source for the tins. Jcb removed the tag, but without providing a source for the tins, and they are still missing a source, so their copyright status can't be determined. Stefan2 (talk) 17:57, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- Keep'No source' seems a very strange nomination here. Feel free to fill in 'some supermarket' if you like? The question would rather be: is there a copyright problem now some copyrighted tins are depicted. The text on the tins won't be the problem here. So the question is: does COM:DM apply to the depictured pictures of e.g. the beans, which cover a part of the tins. I think so. Jcb (talk) 18:39, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- Where would you find a use of the picture where the packaging is de minimis? The entire purpose of the image is to show product packaging, and the product packaging can only be de minimis when you use the image for a purpose other than displaying product packaging, and I find it very hard to identify a situation where you would use the picture for a purpose other than showing product packaging. --Stefan2 (talk) 19:46, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- The tins are utilitarian objects. See here for our official guidelines about such objects. Jcb (talk) 20:12, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- Utilitarian objects are copyrighted in some countries, and the source country is unknown. See for example [1] where photos of chairs violated copyright. However, the important things are not the cans themselves but the product packaging - see COM:PACKAGING. --Stefan2 (talk) 21:24, 28 March 2016 (UTC)

Besides that it's a small, poor-quality image that isn't used anywhere. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 22:46, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, it seems to be out of scope as well. --Stefan2 (talk) 23:00, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
Deleted: per nomination, ALSO: file was small, blurry and unused. --Ellin Beltz (talk) 19:35, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
