Uploader claims "own work" but also says it is an official photo "used with permission"; there is no evidence of permission from the original photographer, or the source of the photo. Ruff tuff cream puff (talk) 00:48, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
I don't recall the rules of wikimedia/wikipedia - and don't have the time to re-teach myself. My office owned the rights to the photo. It was taken by a professional - but all the rights were purchased.
