El escudo que se muestra no es el oficial de San Vicente de Alcántara, no coincidiendo ninguno de sus elementos con los del escudo oficial perteneciente al Excmo. Ayuntamiento de San Vicente de Alcántara. La aparición de este escudo en la red hace que cualquier empresa ajena al ayuntamiento o a la localidad utilice este escudo no representativo.
