Per Ticket:2024091710013894, A person with the name Dave Brett (User:Traveldaveuk) claimed to be the Copyright holder of this file, and provided a quite evidence. As per their evidence I found the file on FlickR also, which is solid proof of their authorship. –TANBIRUZZAMAN (💬) 23:19, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Note to Administrator: The Copyright holder also agreed to give permission if they get proper credits on the file page, so I'm looking for uploder's comments here. –TANBIRUZZAMAN (💬) 23:47, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Info Unsure about copyright to San Marino stamps, but the photo itself is a 2D copy of a 2D work, so not copyrightable per our policy. Shouldn't it be marked as {{PD-Art|''whatever copyright status of the stamp is''}}? Ankry (talk) 08:14, 20 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: per discussion. --Krd 12:04, 26 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
