This is not under any license , as user is posted it under free license on his blog http://chithrakarans.blogspot.com/2007/07/blog-post_17.html,also I have messaged him on and agrees to use it. It is posted in blog under free creative commons license ,anyone can check that.

I have checked the said blog and nowhere in the blog it is mentioned that the painting is released under creative commons license. Unless the original creator of an artwork explicitly states that the artwork is released under creative commons license, it is still under copyright.
