Salvador Herrera Pinto died in 1977 at the age of 87. It is possible that this qualifies as a "simple work" under Peruvian law, which gives it a copyright of 70 years from its creation, but in order to keep it on Commons, it must be proven that it was created before 1946. Deleted: per nomination. Likely a "simple work"... I am guesstimating the subject's age at no more than 70, making the photo from 1960 at the latest, so am requesting undeletion in 2030. This date and category should be modified if actual creation date can be discovered. --Storkk (talk) 11:49, 15 June 2016 (UTC)
