Based on this source and their terms of use this appears to be a violation of intellectual property law. Démarche Modi (talk) 06:18, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
- Démarche Modi, Shutterstock is not a primary source, and their ToU is not applicable here. Files created for Shutterstock and for Commons are different. Look closely on curves — Shutterstock's version has visible approximation with polyline. -- Klientos (talk) 07:50, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
- I see now, thank you. Concerning Shutterstock I agree. However, referring to this page, where the file is almost the same, it only has a transparent background instead of white, I still am not fully convinced there is no violation. See the details under Licence. The uploader refers to the governmental website (but not to the actual source itself) which is copyrighted. I haven't found any statement for usage elsewhere but may expect fair use world wide since it benefits their city. Could this change your view on violation of intellectual property? Or does it still not apply? Démarche Modi (talk) 10:16, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
- I don't know, I only have the opinion about Shutterstock. -- Klientos (talk) 07:43, 17 August 2022 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination. No evidence that this logo is in PD. COM:Vietnam does not give a motivation why a logo of a city would be freely licenced. If you do not agree with my decision to delete the file(s), please ask for undeletion on COM:UNDELETE. If you do so, formulate your motivation why this image (or these images) can be maintained very clearly and base your motivation on the Commons policies. After that, another administrator will take a decision.. --Ellywa (talk) 22:44, 12 December 2022 (UTC)
