- Real photographer must send OTRS-permission. Source "I asked the person in the photo to give his photo which does not have any copyrights to add to Wikimedia commons" hints copyright violation. Taivo (talk) 13:10, 7 November 2020 (UTC)

Next day after previous version was deleted, new file was uploaded, again small photo without metadata. I suspect again copyright violation. OTRS-permission from real photographer would be good. Taivo (talk) 12:36, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
