This file was initially tagged by Jcb as no source (No source since)... which is totally correct. However the image is in use on the project, and I have converted this in an effort to determine its actual status. Ellin Beltz (talk) 17:11, 22 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: There are two copyrights here -- one for the photograph and the other for the painting or mural in the image. I think that the first probably could fall under our PD-Art rule if the art were PD. But, Saddam came to power in 1979, so this cannot have been published more than 50 years ago and therefore the art is still under copyright. .     Jim . . . .
