This is most unquestionably not 30 years after publication: 1987. Magog the Ogre (talk) 07:17, 5 May 2011 (UTC)

- Keep - This pic (Ahmad Azari-Qomi-Bigdeli.jpg) is cropped from pic File:Saanei and montazeri.jpg. - Delete I can't see that license declaration anywhere on that site, but in any case, it's a blog and, like most blogs, it has a habit of mirroring whatever images its authors fancy, from whatever source, with no credits and evidently without any regard to copyright. It is useless for determining copyright. We are left with the PD claim, which, as the nom states, is self-evidently wrong. Fut.Perf. ☼ 10:49, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
- Comment - I tried to contact thru emails given on website and posed following query:
Can you let me know what is the license under which content of the website 'tourjan.com' is published? Can we use contents published at the website at other places (website, print like pamphlets etc.)?
- The answer I got is:
you can use our post but please link us. and send us a feedback.
- Does this means that we can use the images at website, also please let me know if I have to forward that mail to WP (where & how). --Faizhaider (talk) 10:23, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
- Comment - two things:
- That sounds like {{Attribution}}, but it's not specific enough IMHO. Faizhaider - can you respond to them and ask them to clarify, hopefully with a license (you might provide them a recommendation of cc-by or cc-by-sa)? Failing that, at least a specification that commercial usage and derivative works are OK; but just to make it clear that they must allow commercial usage, but that this is enough contrary to requiring attribution (i.e., a link to the website as the author).
- Can you get the site to specify whether or not they own the intellectual rights to the image? Seeing as that might be too complicated for people unfamiliar with copyrights, you might explain that as "did someone working for the website take that photo, or did you get it from somewhere else?" - Comment - I'll try to contact them and get clear answers to the questions suggested.--Faizhaider (talk) 17:45, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
- Delete, both, this and the source file File:Saanei and montazeri.jpg. The source is not licensed GPL. If you quickly klick through the blog you will see that Future Perfect at Sunrise comment above is correct: They simply reuse whatever they want, any licensing on that blog or any permission from them will not worth the paper it is written on. --Martin H.
