The other three sections just tell the website is managed and updated ONLY by Spokesman office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (3rd Section), Spokesman Office of the President is not responsible for other institutions-sites linked to the website (4th section), and many files are formatted in pdf so for open it you need adobe reader.
