There is freedom of panorama in Russia for architecture, but not for sculpture. The photo violates sculptor's copyright.

- Фокусировка именно на архитектуре — куполах. Мне кажется, силуэт скульптуры, повернутой спиной, не сильно нарушает авторские права скульптора. --Odessey (talk) 19:42, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
