Extended metadata says that the file is not licensed under the OGL but instead under the MoD News License. File is tagged as licensed under the OGL but this is not correct. File at the MoD website says it is under the MoD News License. The MoD News license only allows the image to be used for "the reporting of current news only", so this image cannot be on commons. Deleted: per nomination. The metadata refer to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/crown-copyright-mod-news-licence . The terms show the image can only be used for current news, as described by Dreamy. --Ellywa (talk) 17:46, 10 February 2022 (UTC)
