Not only this image has no Exif metadata and looks like a screenshot, but it was also uploaded on Flickr by an account created on April 2023 (the same month when it was imported to Commons). The account has only one uploaded photograph and follows just one account (Flickr, as everyone else). (Funny to notice that it was uploaded on the exact same day it was imported to Commons! Just check license history.) Likely a case of licensing laundering. RodRabelo7 (talk) 07:19, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is the uploader of the Rockstar Dundee photo on Flickr. I posted a selfie of myself Infront of the Rockstar Dundee building on my Reddit u/DrunkLahey94. I then got a message asking if I had a picture of the building itself so they could upload it to the Rockstar Dundee Wikipedia page, and I told him that I did not have a picture of the building itself. After a while I went back to get a picture of it and sent the image to IceWelder to his Reddit, he then asked me if I could upload it to Flickr and deal with the copyright which I put under Creative Commons.   •  Speedy keep. The image was taken and uploaded by the Reddit user who created this post: [1]. I asked them via the platform whether he had another with just the building. Although he did not at the time, he took a new picture (this one) as he passed by it again a few weeks later. He uploaded the file to Flickr and notified me, so I transferred it here shortly thereafter. IceWelder [✉] 08:25, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
