Why should this file be deleted, the form asks me. It should not. But I am forced to make this stupid DR because that Martin H. person stubbornly refuses to make a regular DR. It is annoying, it is aggravating, I am sick of it.

Both are licenced PD-self, made with the same camera. There is no reason to suspect that this would not be own work, just because some magic {{own}} is missing. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 19:57, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

With the upload the uploader intentionally removed the "own work" from the upload form and replaced it with "Photo". Why? Possibly because it is not own work but again copied from someone else flickr like other uploads? Maybe both photos are from the same source? The question is not that some magic own is missing, the question is why the magic own was removed from the upload form - most likely because {{Own}} is not applicable. --Martin H. He made the same claim at File:Beit mamlouka courtyard.jpg where he shamelessly lied to us all. He waives all rights, well, the question is if he ever owned this rights. EXIF? Meaningless, stealing off two files from one source does not make it less copyvio. I can claim the same for his other 3 cameras. Given that he said the untruth in the past the uploader should clearly explain who created this photo. --Martin H. (talk) 21:08, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I do not see any such statement in the log of that deleted image. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 21:18, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The log is the same as for Rocks_from_Red_sea.jpg. --Martin H. (talk) 21:20, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: We have to take great precautions at Commons and Martin H.'s reasoning convinces me. Many of the user's other uploads are being deleted as having "photo" for the source and no author provided. The user can not be trusted. – Adrignola talk 18:21, 16 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
