- Keep Seems in scope to me as a photo of a man on a mountain with ropes on him - in other words, a rock climber. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 01:38, 2 November 2023 (UTC)

- Comment If a free licensed in scope image is misued by vandal or spammer, that is not a reason to delete the image. No other versions found online in reverse image search. @Bovlb: Is there reason to believe the image is not legitimately free licensed as own work of uploader? Has the uploader participated in vandalism with this image? -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 19:05, 14 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Infrogmation: Thanks for following up. The uploader is indefinitely blocked here as a sock. On Wikidata, they have been block-evading for months to repeatedly recreate the item for "Hadi Bagheri", presumably about themselves. Although this photo has an anodyne name and description, I believe it depicts this individual. Commons admins may want to review File:Hadi bagheri damavand summit.jpg, File:Flying over the river.jpg, File:Climb to Damavand Peak.jpg, File:National aqaathlon competitions.jpg, File:Flight In Iran.jpg, File:Climb to Damavand.jpg, and File:Hadi bagheri Cycling.jpg. My concern here is about dealing with a long-term abuser of WMF projects, and I have no specific information about licensing, but I note that there is some reason to believe that the uploader is the subject of these photographs and not the photographer.
