This file is not GFDL image. This file is copyvio (or PD-old).

• The source is inaccurate (I can't find the image in source URL).
• He was born in 1918 and died in 1940 (en:Robert Wadlow). But the information of this file says it made in 1918. It is clearly wrong.　The correct date is before 1940.
• According to en:File:Robert Wadlow.jpg, this file is not　a free image.
• According to Commons:Licensing#United_States, Anything published before January 1, 1964 and not renewed is in the public domain.
