- If you zoom in on the png file, you'll notice that it has jpg artifacts. If you compare it to File:The Bosses of the Senate by Joseph Keppler.jpg, they are the same: same margins, same crease in the middle. All the evidence suggests that the png is a (badly) scaled-up version from the jpg. The file information is also clearly incorrect: this file is not the uploading user's own work, nor (even if it weren't in the public domain) his to publish under a Creative Commons license.
