Freedom of Panorama has been abolished in Nigeria since March 17, 2023; this upload (part of Wiki Loves Africa campaign) was from May 19 of that year. The building was built in 1975. As no architect has been mentioned, this government building can be considered as an anonymous work, subject to "Publish + 70 years". So 1975+70+1=January 1, 2046, the date when the copyright of the building expires. Until then, with no FoP in Nigeria since March 2023, this commercially-licensed image infringes the architectural copyright. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 02:36, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
