Per COM:FOP#Croatia: temporary installment. Eleassar (t/p) 23:24, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Keep This is photo of a public event in Croatia. (Korištenje autorskih djela u svrhu informiranja javnosti; Članak 89. http://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/306987.html). --Roberta F. (talk) 22:02, 25 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Article 89 states:[1] "It shall be permitted, to the extent necessary for informing the public on current events by press, radio or television, to reproduce, to distribute and to communicate to the public: ..." Per COM:L, our files must be available to any one to be used for any purpose and in any extent. That's the purpose of the project. We're also not press, radio or television. --Eleassar (t/p) 07:34, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
And Wikinews (Press Corps) is what? --Roberta F. (talk) 09:57, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Delete per Eleassar, + Wikimedia Commons is NOT Wikinews... --Steinsplitter (talk) 12:32, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Unfortunately, the Croatian Copyright and Related Rights Act only allows reproduction of permanently publicly displayed works (see COM:FOP#Croatia for details), which makes this picture of a temporary installment unfree for our purposes. In addition to that, article 89 of the said Act permits to reproduce, to distribute and to communicate to the public only press, radio or television; Commons:Licensing makes it clear that files cannot be subject to any copyright restrictions that prevent them from being used by anyone, anytime, for any purpose. odder (talk) 17:31, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
