Are we sure that the author "died 70 years ago"? Phillipine law requires a photo be published at least 51 years ago, but the only proven publication was 2007. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 00:52, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
- The material was taken from a 2007 publication. However the photographed person died in 1935, so it is assumed the actual photo was taken on or before that year. McVahl (talk) 02:48, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

- Delete per Commons:Project scope/Precautionary principle. The source and author information is lacking, only provided is the source where the image was obtained (but not where the image was first published. Assuming it fell PD in our country, it may be eligible for COM:URAA copyright restoration. The PD template is also wrong: it is intended for paintings ("faithful photographic reproduction of a two-dimensional, public domain work of art"), not photos.
