File of unverifiable copyright status. It's claimed as CC/own work, but it's an image that's already widely distributed elsewhere on the web (see e.g. [1] and [2]), making it impossible to properly verify whether the uploader was the rightful holder of any copyrights on it or just grabbed it from a random image search. It's also an improperly formatted image, which uses embedded whitespace to block out the parts of the original image that aren't the subject, and thus renders it an off-centred image which doesn't scale properly for its size (see e.g. en:René Roberge, where it displays about the size of a postage stamp and has excess whitespace between the image and the thumbnail borders) -- which further suggests a Google rip, since the uploader would know how to crop an image in Photoshop if they were actually a professional photographer.
