- Please explain how the picture goes against Swiss law regarding visual reproduction of publicly accessible works, as stated on Fedlex:
- "Art. 27 Werke auf allgemein zugänglichem Grund
- 1 Ein Werk, das sich bleibend an oder auf allgemein zugänglichem Grund befindet, darf abgebildet werden; die Abbildung darf angeboten, veräussert, gesendet oder sonst wie verbreitet werden.
- 2 Die Abbildung darf nicht dreidimensional und auch nicht zum gleichen Zweck wie das Original verwendbar sein."

Weak keep. Though COM:FOP Switzerland doesn't extend to interior spaces like churches, I think the inclusion of copyrighted content here (the two paintings, architecture) is fairly minimal - I don't think the architecture is particularly noteworthy, and the paintings are small and could be blurred without significantly negatively impacting the photo. -M.nelson (talk) 10:29, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
Kept: uploaded a new version with the paintings blanked, hid the original version. The architect died in 1872, so no problem there. The original version can be restored in 2135 with {{PD-old-assumed}}. --Rosenzweig τ 20:06, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
