Not own work. Uploader is permanently blocked for uploading copyvios. In my opinion the logo surpasses threshold of originality. Deletion request is created only because the file has been in Commons for 7 years and it is widely used. Taivo (talk) 16:05, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
