Uploader on en.wikipedia has a track of copyright violations as we can see on w:en:User talk:Princeofpersia1. This image was transfered from Wikipedia but I have zero confidence that it was self-created. Martin H. (talk) 15:06, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Renomination. An amateur photo taken with a multi-thousend € expensive camera? And uploaded here in a small size?? No. Have you reviewed the context of uploads? We should wait for the uploader answering this problem. It is clearly not own work, the only question is where it is from and if that site is freely licensed. Martin H.   • First, everybody use equipment as expensive as they want.
    Next, it could be very bad precedent if somebody's distrust would be a reason for deleting.
