The user "Sandip90" does not have a prior history or a User profile that shows him/her being a photographer. This photo seems to be downloaded off from internet and posted in Wikipedia under a false license. I do not think this photo was taken by the uploader himself. Please provide official licence and written permission for the same. If the Author is unable to provide license and written permission, this photo should be deleted from Wikipedia as per rules and regulations against copyright violation, plagiarism. It is unlikely that a unknown and unimportant conman person in India , got near to then Prime Minister and Leader of the Party to take a photo picture in this close range.  Keep. Nonsense nomination and block evasion. The uploader never claimed to have taken the photo.
