Warren E. Patriquin was a Photographer for the Boston Herald newspaper. There is no evidence or statement that Salem State University has permission from either.

- Institution (Salem State University) has acquired a vast collection of photos, and has assessed/ published them under this license. We tend to trust such institutions to be deliberate in which licenses they release photographs under and informed when doing so.
- Photographers are not always exclusive in their work, and as a Salem resident for part of his life, it figures that Patriquin did some work for The Salem News whose collection now belongs to the University.

- @PaterMcFly.
- Yes, there was no discussion, because there was no reply to my research about the photographer and the "Find a Grave" website that I had provided. Would you like to discuss this DR? Thanks.
- Translation:
