This is a logo, and I do not think that it is in the public domain. Eastmain (talk) 18:58, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
- This logo is derivative from Announcement of Office of the Prime Minister concerning Logos (or insignias) of Government Sectors, by the Government Sector Logo Act B.E. 2482 (1939) (PDF file from GG), announced on February 26, 1942 which mention the logo of "Department of Railway" that be transformed to the State Railway of Thailand nowadays. Secondly, Thai Copyright Act mention that notifications (or announcements) from the government units are in the public domain, although that is a logo of government sectors. Moreover, this figure was firstly vectorize on Commons in this link, which CC BY-SA license. However I will attribute the creator in the description later --P.Liam (talk) 11:00, 6 June 2020 (UTC).
